1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use the full range of crorebet services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency (BDT or INR). You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
Only one account per person is permitted. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and bonuses forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crorebet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow another person to use your account, or use another person's account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

5 Betting Rules & Wager Policy
5.1 Placement of Bets
All bets placed on crorebet are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming a wager. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except as expressly permitted under specific in-play cancellation rules or where a manifest error has occurred.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, game type, and player account tier. crorebet reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that demonstrate patterns consistent with advantage play or arbitrage betting.
5.3 Void Bets and Manifest Errors
crorebet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error — including typographical errors, system errors, or data feed failures — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or the event has settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
Bets may also be voided in the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other event cancellation, in accordance with sport-specific rules. Where an event is suspended and later resumed within a stated period, bets will generally remain valid unless otherwise specified.
5.4 Results and Settlement
Markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute over a result, crorebet's decision — made in good faith with reference to official sources — is final.
6 Bonus & Promotions Policy
crorebet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus funds are separate from cash balance and must satisfy wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Standard wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, a minimum odds requirement of 1.50 per selection applies to sports betting bonuses.
- Bonuses must be claimed and wagered within the stated expiry window. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

6.2 Bonus Abuse
Coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering-free completion of requirements, or using automated tools to meet wagering thresholds — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, crorebet will void all associated bonuses, forfeit winnings derived from abusive wagering, and may permanently close the accounts involved.
7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following actions are strictly prohibited on crorebet and constitute a material breach of these Terms. crorebet actively monitors for all of the following, and any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension pending investigation:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events
- Using insider information about the result or progress of a sporting event in order to gain an unfair betting advantage
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behaviours to generate profit — such bugs must be reported to our support team immediately
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account
- Attempting to launder money or use crorebet in connection with any illegal financial activity
- Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information at registration or during KYC verification
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing crorebet staff or other players via any communication channel
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request to close your crorebet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@crorebet. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and your remaining balance returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied. 8.2 Closure by crorebet
crorebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or withdrawal activity
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Cash balances that have been legitimately earned and are not the subject of an ongoing fraud or dispute investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method following a cooling-off period.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is classified as inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. crorebet will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before any inactivity processing occurs. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee not exceeding ৳200 per month, applied to the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
